Refund and Returns Policy

At Giraglasnii, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please review the details below to understand the process for returning items and obtaining a refund.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Customized products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Opened or used items for hygiene reasons (e.g., socks, apparel that has been worn, etc.)
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@giraglasnii.com or call us at (818) 368-6942 to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. This is required for the return to be processed.
Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely, along with its original packaging, and include the RA number inside the package. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Ship the Item Back: Send the item to the following address:

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method. The amount refunded will be the full purchase price of the item minus any shipping fees. If the return is approved after the inspection, the refund will be issued as follows:
- Credit Card or Debit Card: Refund will be processed back to your original card.
- PayPal: Refund will be processed to your PayPal account.
- Gift Card: Refund will be issued as store credit to your Giraglasnii account.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. Please contact our customer service team at info@giraglasnii.com for assistance with exchanges.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@giraglasnii.com or call (818) 368-6942. We will gladly assist you with a return or exchange for a new item. We may ask for photos of the damaged item to expedite the process.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to cancel the order as it may have already been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@giraglasnii.com if you wish to cancel your order.
7. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake made by Giraglasnii (e.g., incorrect or defective items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
8. International Returns
For customers outside of the United States, please be aware that Giraglasnii does not cover return shipping costs for international returns. Additionally, any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are marked as final sale or non-returnable, such as:
- Custom orders
- Clearance items
- Opened and used items (e.g., apparel that has been worn, personal hygiene items)
- Gift cards
These items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
